The Pyles opened Donkey Coffee in 2002. In 2010, they purchased the building and built four apartments above the coffee shop, each with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. These are the only apartments they own, so it’s easy for them to keep them in excellent condition each year.
They take pride in the quality of the apartments and the safety of the location. The Pyles are friendly, attentive and quick to resolve all issues that arise with the apartments.
Conveniently located a block from campus, tucked away on W Washington St, and in the same building as Ohio’s best coffee shop (Ohio Magazine), Donkey Apartments are a fantastic place to live. High ceilings in all the apartments make them spacious and bright. The apartments are quiet, with a built-in study place in the coffee shop below, open late for studying and fresh-baked goodies all day long.
